Winter's solo debut Heavy Metal is also placing high on lots of year-end lists, even though it technically came out last year. (Maybe last winter was Cameron Winter Winter, too.) Right now, Winter is on a short run of solo shows. In New York, Paul Thomas Anderson and Benny Safdie filmed his performance. In Los Angeles, he covered This Is Lorelei and debuted a new song. In Chicago, he did another new song.
